Ok. for some resolutions:
#1 Watch Less TV! It is a very bad habit I have that when I get home, I turn on the TV and I will sit there and watch it. There are a lot of shows I like and I really enjoy them, but that is not always the case. I will just flip through channels till the next half hour or so. It is very unproductive. I did get a weight bench for Christmas and have done well to lift while watching TV. I also have been trying to read more.
#2 Exercise more. I feel out of shape. I want to look better and be able to feel better about myself. not to mention look better for Erika. I have done well to lift or run or something everyday.
#3 Go to the Temple every Month. It has been a really long time since I have been to the temple and I want to go. I want to make that a habit. I may not make it this month due to other circumstances, but once I can, I will go. Every month.
I am open to suggestions as well, but that is what I have so far.

ah, finally an update! sounds like a reasonable list. :) we're heading to the temple for an 8am session (don't ask me why we're not sleeping yet!)...come along! :)
i'm a full supporter. Now we just have to find a replacement for t.v. Rebuild that neural pathway. Synaptic Facilitation! ;-)
I guess if I said visit your parents more often, you'd just roll your eyes, right? Yeah, that's what I thought.
Thinking back to something you wrote about wanting to do better as an uncle, maybe you could arrange to do something with Melody and Elias once a week. Just throw a ball or go to McDonald's, read a book, etc
