enough procrastination

OK. So I bet everyone wants to know how great Erika and I are doing. Well, we stay pretty busy, especially Erika. Between here school and work I see her when I drop her off at school and when I pick her up in the evening, and on Sundays. We really like our Sundays together. We have had her little sister over for Sunday dinner the past 3 weeks and we usually can make a much better meal. Last Sunday we slow roasted a pork roast for about 17 hours in the crock pot. (Thank you to whomever gave that to us.) Erika pulled it and soaked it in barbecue sauce and it was soooooooooo good. Taylor, Erika's sister, made black eyed peas, rice, and cookies. It was wonderful. Erika says she judges how successful her creations are by my second helping. It was not as big this week but only because I took a lot the first time. Erika had made lasagna one week while her other little sisters were here and I hate half the pan in one sitting. It was so good.

Work is still pretty lame. I got promoted to a full time position, but have yet to see either the pay increase or hours. We have been doing well with our money, thanks to everyone who contributed there.

We are planning on coming home for Christmas. I should be there about the 23rd and Erika a few days before that.

We still have not received our Wedding Pictures yet, but as soon as we have them, we will post them. Ok, so maybe not as soon, but we will get them posted because I know Lauren and Holly will want to see them since they were not able to make it.

It was so good to talk to you the other night--do you know we talked for about 45 minutes? You sounded so happy. And that makes me happy. Can't wait to see the two of you at Christmas!

Hooray for an update! I know you're busy, but still... It's good to know you're being fed (haha). Are you guys planning on staying with Erika's parents for Christmas?

you didn't tell me you blogged! and now i'm not the first commenter... :-( Also, we're always happy on Sundays. And, Lauren, I believe we are splitting the time between my parents and your parents. Only 3 months away... :-)

Update your profile. You don't live in Clarksville anymore.

Freudian slip? Did you really "HATE" the lasagna? ;-) I like how Taylor is the "little sister." Let's see them back to back... Thanks for keeping my baby happy and (mostly) sane!
